Main Street Construction Impact Survey

If your business has been affected by the Main Street construction, the Office of the Mayor is asking you to complete this two-page survey and return it by Wednesday, September 30. It takes a few minutes, and good-faith estimates are fine.

This is how we measure the size of the impact. No fund exists yet, and returning the form is not an application for payment — but nothing can be decided until we know the scale of the need.

New project: Stockton Lake Boulevard Bulkhead Project
The Borough is undertaking a project to install a new bulkhead along Stockton Lake Boulevard within the Borough Right of Way from North Mcclellan Avenue to North Potter Avenue to improve shoreline stability and help protect adjacent public infrastructure from tidal impacts. The project will include the construction of a new waterfront retaining structure, associated drainage improvements, and restoration of disturbed areas. This investment will enhance the resilience of the shoreline, improve long-term maintenance conditions, and help preserve public access and community assets along the waterfront corridor. Location: Stockton Lake Boulevard. Scheduled May 1, 2026 – Dec 1, 2026.
